The 3-Month Bridal Glow Routine
The 3-Month Bridal Glow Routine
Three months is enough time to build a genuinely effective bridal routine, provided it's structured correctly. This is the exact week-by-week breakdown for brides starting later than the ideal 6-month window.
Weeks 1-2: Foundation
Start with the basics before any treatment actives: the Vitamin C Gel Cleanser, a Ceramide Moisturiser, and daily SPF. This establishes a stable baseline and lets your skin adjust before anything stronger is introduced.
Weeks 3-4: Introduce Your Primary Active
Add the Vitamin C Serum every morning if brightening and dullness are the main concern, or the Kojic Acid Serum at night if pigmentation is the priority. Choose one, not both, at this stage — this is about establishing tolerance, not maximum coverage.
Weeks 5-8: Build Consistency
This is the critical middle stretch. Both Vitamin C and Kojic Acid need 6-8 weeks of consistent use before results become clearly visible — this is not the phase to judge whether the product is "working" and switch to something else. Consistency matters more here than any other factor.
Weeks 9-10: Add a Second Concern If Needed
If breakouts are also a concern, introduce the Salicylic Acid Gel Cleanser at this point — gently, and only once your primary active is well tolerated. Do not introduce two new actives simultaneously.
Weeks 11-12: Taper and Stabilise
Stop introducing anything new. Shift focus toward hydration with the Hyaluronic Acid Serum to ensure skin looks plump and photograph-ready, not mid-adjustment to a new active.
Final Week: Maintenance Only
Continue exactly what's already working. No new products, no new treatments, no experimenting — the final week is about protecting the results already achieved, not chasing more.
Starting later than 3 months significantly limits which actives you can safely introduce — Retinol in particular needs a longer runway. See the full 6-month timeline if your wedding is further out.
