AHA + BHA Combined Toner for Smooth, Clear & Bright Skin
A 7% combined AHA and BHA toner that smooths skin texture, brightens tone and clears pores in one evening step. Glycolic Acid resurfaces the surface while Salicylic Acid works inside pores — results in 2–3 weeks.
"My skin texture is dramatically smoother. Nothing else worked like this toner. — Sara" —
Skin Type: All skin types, best suited to those dealing with rough texture, dullness or clogged pores.
Targets: Rough texture, dullness, uneven skin tone, and the congestion that causes blackheads.
Suited to: Ages 18+.
Patch test recommended if you have:
Consult your doctor before use if: you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not use on: open wounds, active sunburn, or broken skin.
Do not combine with: Retinol or Salicylic Acid Serum on the same night — this toner already delivers both AHA and BHA exfoliation, and stacking additional actives significantly increases irritation risk.
SkinFactor's Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner is a combined AHA and BHA chemical exfoliant — one of the few toners in Pakistan's market that delivers both surface renewal and pore clearing in a single evening step. Glycolic acid at 7% works on the skin's surface, dissolving the protein bonds between dead skin cells and accelerating their shedding for smoother texture and brighter tone. Salicylic acid in the formula adds the BHA dimension — oil-soluble penetration into pores to clear the congestion that surface exfoliation alone cannot reach.
What the combined AHA + BHA approach does:
Most toners exfoliate at one level — either surface or pore. This formula addresses both simultaneously. The glycolic acid improves texture, evens tone, and increases the absorption of serums applied on top. The salicylic acid penetrates through sebum into the pore lining to dissolve the dead cell and oil buildup that causes blackheads and recurring congestion. The result over consistent use is skin that is smoother on the surface and clearer inside the pore — two visible improvements from one product used three to four evenings per week.
Supporting ingredients:
Niacinamide complements the exfoliation by regulating sebum production and fading post-acne marks — reducing the oil that accelerates congestion while the acids clear what has already formed. Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid) maintains surface hydration during exfoliation. Ginseng Root Extract provides antioxidant support. Rose Water soothes the skin surface during the exfoliation process.
Built for Pakistani skin conditions:
Dead cell accumulation in Pakistan is accelerated by UV damage, urban pollution, hard water mineral deposits, and the excess oil production that heat and humidity drive. Chemical exfoliation addresses all four — clearing the buildup these factors create without the micro-tearing that physical scrubs cause. For skin dealing with dull texture, rough patches, blackheads, or the congested appearance that Pakistan's environment accelerates, consistent use three to four evenings per week produces visible improvement within two to three weeks.
The SPF rule:
Glycolic acid and salicylic acid both increase UV sensitivity. In Pakistan's extreme UV conditions — index 8 to 11 for most of the year — wearing SPF 50 every morning without exception is non-negotiable when using this toner regularly. Without daily sun protection, the new, more sensitive skin revealed by exfoliation is exposed to the UV damage that creates new texture problems and darkens post-acne marks faster than the toner can address them.
For best results, follow with 10% Ceramide Moisturizer every evening after the toner to support the barrier during consistent exfoliation. The Glycolic Acid Toner Combo pairs both products at a reduced price.

STEP 1
Cleanse and pat skin dry.
STEP 2
Take a few drops into your palms, or apply with a cotton pad, and gently press into the face and neck. Avoid the eye area.
STEP 3
Leave on — this is a leave-on toner, not a rinse-off step.
STEP 4
Follow with a moisturiser to support your barrier while the AHA/BHA works overnight.
STEP 5
In the morning, cleanse gently and finish with SPF 50 Sunscreen without exception. Glycolic Acid and Salicylic Acid both increase sun sensitivity — skipping SPF the morning after use significantly raises the risk of irritation and new dark marks.
When to Use: Evening only. Start with twice a week and gradually increase frequency as your skin builds tolerance. Do not use more than once a day.
Common mistake to avoid: Increasing frequency too quickly. This toner combines both AHA and BHA exfoliation in one step — going from twice weekly straight to nightly use overwhelms the barrier and causes the peeling, redness and irritation that makes people quit. Build up gradually over 3-4 weeks.
Tip: Do not use on the same night as Retinol or Salicylic Acid Serum — this toner already delivers both AHA and BHA exfoliation, and layering additional actives on top significantly increases irritation risk. If you use either of those, alternate nights instead.
