Returns & Exchange

At Skinfactor.pk, we care about your satisfaction and want you to have a smooth experience with us. Due to the nature of skincare products, we have a strict but fair returns and exchange policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Products purchased during sale/discount offers (unless defective).
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Time frame

  • You must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Process

  • Contact us via 📧 support@skinfactor.pk or 📞 WhatsApp within 48 hours.
  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and pictures (if damaged/incorrect).
  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup/exchange through our courier partner.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method or store credit within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If you request a return/exchange for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Important Note

  • Results from skincare products may vary depending on individual skin types.
  • We do not offer refunds/exchanges for dissatisfaction with results, unless the product was defective.
